How to Get a Screen Shot

(applicable to Windows users)

1. Land on the page where you are receiving the error, and press the "Print Screen" key located on the upper right hand corner of the keyboard.

2. Paste it in Paint (you can find Paint by clicking Start/All Programs/Accessories) then click "File" in the left hand corner of the page.

3. Select "Save As".

4. Enter a File name and select JPEG as file type.

5. Click "Save".

6. After that, access your Hotmail account and attach the file and send it to windowslm@msn.com. If you have already submitted a support request at http://support.live.com, please use the SR number assigned to your request for tracking purposes.

What I have discovered is the following: I do not know if this is an error or if it is part of Windows Live Mail. When I downloaded WLM, it also created stored message file folders on my C drive in Documents. Every file in every account is in this "stored messages." Also a copy of every email, incoming and outgoing, is in these folders. Has anyone had this same experience? Will you share further information? Thank you. 11 月 7 日
