Welcome To Windows Live Mail (desktop) Support Site
Welcome to customers of Windows Live Mail (desktop), and welcome to customers who are considering a migration from Outlook Express 6 and/or Windows Mail (Vista). Your client support team has built this site so we can keep you aware of late-breaking announcements, ask for your assistance when we're troubleshooting emerging issues, and finally request feedback on various issues involving the client.
This is not a replacement for submitting a support incident if you are experiencing a technical isssue which is preventing you from successfully using Windows Live Mail (desktop). Please see our Frequently Asked Questions to learn how to submit a ticket.
We're looking forward to an open and honest dialog about the support of the mail client - what you like, what you don't like, what you wish could be different - and we know that you're passionate people and have strong feelings. We do not want to censor the comments on this site or, worse yet, turn off comments. So we'd like to keep the language clean and avoid personal attacks.
Right now, our team is heads down preparing our agents around the world for the upcoming release of Windows Live Mail (formerly Windows Live Mail desktop). As we get closer to the release, we'll be updating our blog so you'll know where and how to get an upgrade.
Thanks for visiting - sign our GuestBook if you'd like - and we look forward to working with you.
